The conclusion of Charley and Jake's story. Charley and Jake have found their way back to each other but, that is only the beginning. Charley returns to the states for her Senior year of college, believing she must leave Jake behind if the rest of her life is going to survive. She is struggling to find any kind of happiness without him while everyone else seems to be doing so well. Jakes refuses to give up on Charley though and will do anything to find out the real reason she left him.
Like this author a lot - she really pulls you in and has you hoping and fighting for the characters to come thru everything together.
