Greta's father left her the beachfront motel she loved, it means everything to her and she keeps it running as a memorial to him. Mitch, Greta's brother's best friend and former world famous surfer, is now a rich and successful entrepreneur. He is home for the holidays, using the time to try to buy Greta's hotel to put up one of his luxurious resorts. The last thing Greta wants to do is sell but, when business with Mitch starts mixing with pleasure, lots of pleasure, things get complicated.
